Died peacefully in Marie Curie Hospice on October 15th, aged 38 years, Kelly Marie (nee Smith), much loved mam of Christopher and Jessica, dearly loved daughter of Margaret and Mick and a dear niece and cousin. Friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 21st October at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, donations to Marie Curie Cancer Care with a retiring collection at the crematorium. At Kelly's request can a small item of pink be worn. Private afterwards.
